understandably need some time to help us find our balance again. As a grief coach, my role isn’t
to fix the pain of your grief, loss or bereavement, but to help you understand it, navigate it, and find your way
through it - at your own pace. Together,
we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings, identify what might help at this
time, and begin setting some gentle achievable goals for healing.
Every person’s experience with grief, loss or bereavement is unique. During our time together, some practical
techniques and exercises are provided that are personalised for you, that may
help you connect through mindfulness, through awareness of stress in the body
and how to release it, and through coping strategies that will make space for
your grief, to talk about ways to honour what you’ve lost through ritual or
memorial, or simply to acknowledge the impact it’s had on you and reconnect to
self-care and compassion.
The process of grief coaching
isn’t about forgetting the past. But
it’s also about building a new life where grief and joy can exist side by side
and helping you make small shifts to move forward. With the right guidance and support, you can
create a new sense of normal, rediscover your strength and find meaning
again.

There are different ways to experience life coaching with me. You can choose to have a one-off session which offers more flexibility
for people who may just be looking for a ‘touch stone’ and the occasional ‘check-in’ for support. Or there are longer term coaching
packages which allow you to invest a little more time on yourself if needed.
